Can I opt out of health insurance coverage for the Spring 2021 Term?

The Student Association of George Brown College is providing an opportunity for qualified international students to request a credit/refund for the fees paid for the health insurance coverage included as part of the student’s tuition payment, if you are NOT in Canada but residing in your home country during the Spring/Summer 2021 term time period. This is not applicable to international students who were charged the health insurance fee in Fall 2020 and Winter 2021.

The deadline to submit the waiver form is May 27, 2021 (Canadian Eastern Time). Please contact the Student Association for more details: studentassociation.ca/health
